The law firm of Gullett Sanford Robinson & Martin PLLC (GSRM) is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Catherine H. Gwyn to the firm. Cathey will practice in the firm’s Real Estate & Commercial Transactions section as an associate. Cathey joins GSRM after practicing for 13 years in the law firm of Gibson, Gregory & Gwyn, PLLC.

Cathey has practiced in the area of real estate law since 1987. She has represented lenders, businesses and individuals in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Her practice involves residential sale and loan closings, commercial sale and loan closings, construction and development loans, solving complicated title issues, foreclosures and other matters pertaining to real estate.
