Phillip P. Welty is a member of GSRM’s Litigation Section. His practice focuses on the representation of title companies, mortgage lenders, commercial landlords and property managers, car dealers, and other businesses and individuals in the litigation and resolution of a broad range of real property, title, consumer financial, construction, and other commercial matters. Phil handles matters for clients in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, and in arbitration and mediation forums, throughout Tennessee.
Phil received his law degree from the University of Tennessee School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Finance.
