Allen Lentz is a member of GSRM’s Business Section. His practice focuses in the areas of business, real estate and employment. Allen counsels his clients in business and real property transactions, formation and governance of entities, drafting and interpretation of contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and employment and non-competition agreements. Allen also has many years of experience representing physicians and dentists in Tennessee regarding various issues in connection with their practices. The physicians and dentists whom Allen has represented practice in various specialties, including ophthalmology, anesthesia, orthopedics, colon and rectal surgery, oral and maxillofacial surgery, endodontics, and dermatology, among others. Allen has counseled physicians and dentists in the areas of employment agreements, sales of practice groups, operating and shareholder agreements, disassociation from hospitals and medical groups, and corporate governance matters.
