Rob Hazard is an attorney and certified public accountant whose practice is dedicated to estate planning, probate administration and business planning. Rob provides estate planning for clients of all ages and circumstances. Rob works with families and individuals to draft wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney and living wills that meet each client’s particular needs and goals. For young families this can include selecting a guardian for minor children and planning for their future, while for older families or individuals this can include updating their previous estate plans to reflect their current situation and to minimize taxes. Rob provides full representation of fiduciaries administering estates, including the preparation of federal estate and state inheritance tax returns.

Rob also has considerable experience in business planning and taxation. Prior to practicing law, Rob worked as a certified public accountant with Ernst & Young, LLP, where he provided advisory services to business organizations. Rob provides both individuals and business organizations with legal advice on general business matters including business formation, corporate governance and general contractual drafting and negotiation.

Rob received his law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law where he obtained a dual concentration in Taxation and Secured Transactions. Rob received an M.B.A. in Finance from Middle Tennessee State University, and he graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee with a B.A. in Economics. A native of Tullahoma, Tennessee, Rob currently resides with his family in Brentwood, Tennessee.
