Matt Haskell is a member of the firm's Litigation and Labor & Employment sections. Matt represents companies in the transportation and healthcare industries as well as small businesses and governmental entities in employment-related lawsuits in both federal and state courts. He also represents title companies, mortgage lenders, healthcare professionals, car dealerships, and commercial real estate companies in title and property litigation, personal injury defense, and other commercial disputes.
Before joining GSRM, Matt practiced appellate litigation for the State of Tennessee as an Assistant Attorney General. Before practicing law, Matt floated more than 10,000 miles in six years as a river guide in Jackson Hole's Grand Teton National Park.
